Registration to the recognized clubs list is free
Il Moto Guzzi World Club will admit the clubs having:
➢ more than 15 members
➢ more than the 80% of the members has to be a owner of Moto Guzzi
➢ At least one member of the Managing Board has to be a Moto Guzzi World Club member
The tenure in the recognized club list depends on the sending every year within the 15th of January of a declaration from the responsible for the club confirming that they possess all the 3 points above.
The exclusion from the recognized clubs list can happen
o At the instance of the club itself
o For non-submission of the declaration of conformity with the requirements
o By decision of the Mnanaging Board of Moto Guzzi World Club pronounced unquestionably, unable to be appealed and where
o The declaration of conformity with the requirements is not true
o The Managing Board of the club has encouraged bad behavior not inspired by fairness to the other club involved, the Moto Guzzi Dealers, the Moto Guzzi and Moto Guzzi World Club itself.
o If the logo or even the mere name Moto Guzzi World Club is used without authorization on documents of the club or at organized events.
